AtunuMai Moorea Culinary – A Cultural and Culinary Immersion in Moorea
Live an authentic experience with AtunuMai Moorea Culinary, where traditional cuisine meets the Polynesian art of living. In a lush, family-style setting, you'll prepare emblematic dishes such as raw fish in coconut milk, using garden produce and gestures inherited from the elders.
The workshop also includes immersion in a Polynesian fare, with a visit to a traditional bedroom, an explanation of the tifaifai (handmade bedspread) and the discovery of everyday objects such as the feifei, a hand-woven fan.
After the preparations, it’s time to share: local aperitif, Polynesian punch and lunch on the terrace in a convivial atmosphere.
