Two days in Tetiaroa

The atoll is the perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature. If you visit by catamaran, you may encounter humpback whales during the reproductive season. You’ll need to board the catamaran’s dinghy to cross the reef. Marlon Brando fell in love with the atoll’s charm while filming ‘Mutiny on the Bounty’ in 1960 and purchased it a few years later. Since then, the island has become a paradise for visitors seeking tranquillity and authenticity.

Getting here and getting around

There are three ways to reach Tetiaroa: a domestic flight with Air Tetiaroa, a sailboat charter for one or two days, or by helicopter with Tahiti Nui Helicopters. Once on the atoll, you can easily explore Tetiaroa on foot or by bike.
