The Six Passengers

THE 6 PASSENGERS diving center is located in Rangiroa, French Polynesia, near the Kia Ora village hotel on the beach of Ohutu Bay. Its Polynesian-style building blends seamlessly into its surroundings.

The new “SIX” is the result of a meeting between 3 friends, Ugo Mazzavilanni, Tanguy Bonduel & Frédéric Lhermitte, who have accumulated over 20,000 dives in the Rangiroa passes, and who have put their skills at the service of their passion.

The traditional-style eco-center “Paumotu” is ideally located on a natural marina and a white sandy beach facing the Rangiroa lagoon, and owes its name to its “philosophy”: only 6 divers are allowed on each zodiac (approved for 12 people), for reasons of comfort and conviviality, but above all for maximum safety.

Specializing in encounters with large animals: bottlenose dolphins, manta rays, over 9 species of shark including the famous Great Hammerhead (Mokaran), the SIX prides itself on maintaining a natural approach to these animals.
