Welcome to Le Ua Huka Horse House Excursions

Kaoha Nui and Welcome to Ua Huka, the horse island!

The Ua Huka Horse House welcomes you to the Marquesas in a Nature Lodge equipped with 3 bungalows, 2 of which are air-conditioned with king size bed, bathroom, toilet and terrace.

In addition to accommodation, we offer the activities of:

👉🏻Riding (full day) with 7 circuits to choose from,

👉🏻Excursion by 4×4 vehicle (full day) including visits to Tetumu (ancient sculpture museums), Meiaute (Hane petroglyphs), Hokatu (sea museum and its craft center), the arboretum,

👉🏻Excursion by private boat: Crossing the island of birds (tern or kaveka),

👉🏻Excursion by private boat: Tour of the island with meal package,

👉🏻Private one-way speed boat shuttle Ua Huka <=> Nuku Hiva or Ua Huka <=> Ua Pou,

👉🏻Horseback riding in bivouac with tent and meals included (2 days – minimum 2 people).

After your activities, you can also enjoy Marquesan specialties generously prepared by Mamie Loretta, including the famous coconut milk goat, “keukeu tunu a’ehi”.

Our guesthouse has been named The Ua Huka Horse House to share with our visitors our love of horses and nature.
